系统性硬皮病又称进行性系统性硬化症 ,主要分为肢端硬皮病和弥漫性硬皮病两种类型 ,临床以肢端硬皮病多见。后者虽只占系统性硬皮病的 5 % ,但病情发展迅速 ,内脏损害严重 ,预后较差。现将作者 1988～ 2 0 0 0年间收治的 2 0例系统性硬皮病作一分析。1　临床资料本组 2 0例中 Systemic scleroderma, also known as progressive systemic sclerosis, is mainly divided into two types of scleroderma and diffuse scleroderma, clinical scleroderma more common.
