“彩信”是中国移动通信提供的多媒体消息业务。随着GPRS和WAP应用的普及,彩信业务呈现出相当大的发展空间。在移动用户数、彩信计费用户数高速增长的背景下,杭州移动的彩信收入反而下滑、梦网彩信的计费用户数剧烈的波动。对杭州移动目前的彩信产品,用户使用情况,彩信产品的改进,提升增值业务的收入等问题进行了探索和分析。
“MMS ” is the multimedia messaging service provided by China Mobile. With the popularity of GPRS and WAP applications, MMS business has shown a considerable space for development. The number of mobile users, MMS rapid growth in the background of the number of users, but the decline in MMS revenue Hangzhou, Hangzhou, Monternet MMS billing fierce fluctuations in the number of users. This paper explores and analyzes the current MMS products, user usage, MMS product improvement, and promotion of value-added services in Hangzhou Mobile.
