政府购买公共服务是十八届三中全会部署的全面深化改革重要项目之一,但政府购买公共就业服务的绩效评估目前在实践上探索不足,在理论上缺乏研究。政府购买公共就业服务绩效评估的问题需从评估工作机制、指标设置机制、激励约束机制、组织领导机制四方面进行深入探讨,并重点对职业介绍等六项基本购买项目的绩效评估定量、定性指标设置提出意见和建议。
The purchase of public services by the government is one of the important items for deepening the reform in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
