目的 研究肿瘤血管生成与转移抑制基因nm23-H1的表达及胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 对93例胃癌手术切除标本,检测nm23-H1基因蛋白的表达,分析微血管密度(microvesseldensity,MVD)和血管上皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)的表达情况。结果 伴有淋巴结转移组MVD、VEGF指数明显高于不伴有淋巴结转移组(P<0.01),而nm23-H1的表达则相反,同时nm23低表达组的MVD显著高于nm23高表达组,P<0.05。结论 MVD、VEGF和nm23在胃癌淋巴结转移过程中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To study the relationship between tumor angiogenesis and metastasis suppressor gene nm23-H1 and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Methods Ninety-three gastric cancer specimens were obtained and the expression of nm23-H1 protein was detected. The expression of microvessel density (MVD) and vascularendothelial growth factor (VEGF) were analyzed. Results The MVD in the group with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis (P <0.01), while the expression of nm23-H1 was opposite. Meanwhile, the MVD in the nm23 low expression group was significantly higher than that in the nm23 high expression group <0.05. Conclusion MVD, VEGF and nm23 play an important role in lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
