目的建立布渣叶提取物的质量控制标准。方法采用HPLC法测定布渣叶提取物中牡荆苷,色谱条件为WondaSilTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(30∶70);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:339 nm;进样量:10μl。结果牡荆苷在0.0502~0.8024μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.91%,RSD为1.14%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于布渣叶提取物的质量控制。
Objective To establish a quality control standard for extracts of scum leaves. Methods The HPLC method was used to determine the vitexin from the bast leaf extract. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: WondaSilTM C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (30∶70); flow rate: 1.0 ml ·min-1; column temperature: 25°C; detection wavelength: 339 nm; injection volume: 10 μl. Results The vitexin showed good linearity in the range of 0.0502-0.8024 μg (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 99.91% and the RSD was 1.14%. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the extracts from the scum.
