测定了d-α-生育酚(d-α-T)和d-α-生育酚乙酸酯(d-α-TA),d-α-生育酚烟酸酯(d-α-TN),d-α-生育酚丁二酸酯(d-α-TS)等生育酚酯(d-α-TE)单分子膜,及d-α-T,d-α-TE与二棕榈酰基磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC),二油酰基磷脂酰胆碱(DOPC)混合单分子膜的表面压-平均分子面积等温线。结果表明:零表面压下,d-α-TE单分子膜的平均分子面积大于d-α-T单分子膜的平均分子面积,且不随酯基而改变;d-α-TE使DPPC单分子膜的崩裂压降低,但不改变DOPC单分子膜的崩裂压,d-α-TE引起DPPC单分子膜的膨胀和DOPC单分子膜的凝缩,膨胀或凝缩的程度基本上不随d-α-TE而改变;d-α-TA/DOPC单分子膜的性质与d-α-T/DOPC单分子膜类似,与d-α-TA/DPPC单分子膜明显不同,表明在生育酚及其酯与磷脂酰胆碱的混合膜中,分子之间疏水部分的相互作用更显著地影响膜性质。
