近年来,由于在国际学生评价项目(PISA)中成绩斐然,芬兰中小学教育备受各国关注,而高质量的教师教育无疑是芬兰中小学教育成功的重要保障。根据博洛尼亚进程的要求,芬兰中小学教师教育在入学资格、培养目标和课程设置等方面进行了一系列的改革,表现出扩大教师流动性、提升教师教学能力、提高教师研究水平以及改变课程的制定模式等若干动向,为我国教师教育改革提供了有益的启示。
