目的研究复方金沙利胆颗粒的利胆、抗炎作用及其急性毒性。方法用大鼠胆总管引流法观察复方金沙利胆颗粒的利胆作用及二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型评价药物的抗炎作用,并评价药物的急性毒性,测定小鼠的最大耐受剂量。结果与正常对照组相比,3个剂量组的复方金沙利胆颗粒能显著增加大鼠的胆汁流量,明显改善二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀程度。急性毒性实验连续观察14 d,无动物死亡,肉眼观察未见明显毒性反应。复方金沙利胆颗粒小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受剂量为244.8 g·kg-1(生药)。结论复方金沙利胆颗粒具有显著的利胆、抗炎作用,其急性毒性小,初步证明是安全的。
Objective To study the gallbladder, anti-inflammatory and acute toxicity of Compound Jinsha Li Dan Granules. Methods The gallbladder common duct drainage method was used to observe the choleretic effect of compound Jinsha Li Dan granules and the auricle swelling model induced by xylene in mice. The anti-inflammatory effects of the drugs were evaluated and the acute toxicity of the drugs was evaluated. The maximum tolerated dose . Results Compared with the normal control group, the compound Jinsha Li Dan granules in three dose groups could significantly increase the bile flow in rats and significantly improve the ear swelling in mice induced by xylene. Acute toxicity experiments were observed continuously for 14 days without any animal deaths, and no obvious toxic reaction was observed with naked eyes. The maximum tolerated dose of compound Jinsha Li Dan granule mice was 244.8 g · kg-1 (crude drug). Conclusion Compound Jinsha Li Dan Granule has significant gallbladder, anti-inflammatory effects, its acute toxicity is small, initially proved to be safe.
