随着现代企业制度的建立和技术进步因素的不断增长,冗员过多已成为阻碍企业快速发展的突出矛盾。因此,当前企业改革的核心是人的问题,而人的问题的难点和热点是分流安置问题。作为企业的工会组织,关注下岗职工的再就业,关心他们的生活,这是落实工会工作总体思路,履行代表维护职工利益职责的具体体现,工会应当也必须做好这篇大文章。
With the establishment of modern enterprise system and the continuous improvement of technological progress, excessive redundancy has become a prominent contradiction that hinders the rapid development of enterprises. Therefore, the core of the current enterprise reform is the human problem, while the difficulties and hot spots of the human problem are the problem of diversion and resettlement. Concerning the reemployment of laid-off workers and caring for their life, as a trade unions in an enterprise, this is a concrete manifestation of the overall thinking of implementing the work of trade unions and the fulfillment of their duties of safeguarding interests of employees.
