目的 :对苯二氮类药物急性中毒患者进行快速的定性和定量分析。方法 :采用广谱药物分析系统 (REMEDiHS)分析了 2 34例疑为苯二氮类药物中毒患者的血液、尿液或胃液等 ;另外 ,还利用REMEDiHS对苯二氮类药物快速金标检测板的检测能力进行了评价。结果 :在被检测的2 34例患者中 ,实验确诊 173例为苯二氮类药物中毒 ,检测结果与临床完全吻合 ,确诊率达10 0 %。检测出的药物按频率高低排序 ,依次为艾司唑仑、地西泮、去甲西泮、阿普唑仑、氯氮、劳拉西泮、氯硝西泮、三唑仑和氟硝西泮 ;用金标检测板定性检测本类药物 ,结果有假阳性 (1/ 9)或假阴性 (3/ 4 5 )。结论 :REMEDiHS能较好地对苯二氮类药物进行快速的定性和定量分析 ,适合于本类药物中毒的诊断。苯二氮类药物金标检测板的检测结果对临床有一定的参考作用 ,但要考虑可能存在的假阳性或假阴性
OBJECTIVE: To rapidly and qualitatively and quantitatively analyze patients with acute poisoning of benzodiazepines. Methods: The blood, urine or gastric juice of 2 34 suspected patients with benzodiazepine poisoning were analyzed using the broad-spectrum drug analysis system (REMEDiHS). In addition, REMEDiHS was used to evaluate the fast gold standard of benzodiazepines The detection ability of the test board was evaluated. Results: Of the 234 tested patients, 173 cases were diagnosed with benzodiazepine poisoning. The test results were completely consistent with clinical findings, and the diagnosis rate was 100%.
