分析了低硅铝镇静钢在生产过程中的钢液增硅机理,铝将渣中SiO2还原使钢水增硅,而LF精炼过程中吹氩促进了该反应的进行,并根据增硅的影响因素,结合生产实际提出改进措施,取得了较好的控制效果。
The mechanism of silicon addition in the process of production of low-silicon-aluminum-killed steel was analyzed. Aluminum reduction of SiO2 in the slag increased the silicon in the molten steel. Argon blowing during the LF refining promoted the reaction. According to the influence factors , Combined with the actual production of improved measures, and achieved good control effect.
