目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)抑制剂西妥昔在舌鳞癌多药耐药中的作用。方法 Western blot方法检测舌癌细胞系Tca8113及多药耐药细胞系Tca8113/CBP EGFR的表达,流式细胞术检测EGFR受到抑制后舌癌多药耐药细胞Tca8113/CBP细胞内阿霉素浓度的影响。结果细胞系Tca8113和Tca8113/CBP均有EGFR的表达(P>0.05)。EGFR受到抑制后,Tca8113/CBP细胞内阿霉素浓度升高(P<0.05)。结论 EGFR抑制剂西妥昔可使舌癌多药耐药细胞细胞内药物浓度升高。
Objective To investigate the role of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor cetuxir in multidrug resistance of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Tca8113 / CBP EGFR in tongue cancer cell line Tca8113 and multidrug-resistant cell line Tca8113 / CBP were detected by Western blot. The concentrations of doxorubicin in Tca8113 / CBP cells were detected by flow cytometry influences. Results The cell lines Tca8113 and Tca8113 / CBP all had EGFR expression (P> 0.05). After EGFR was inhibited, the concentration of doxorubicin in Tca8113 / CBP cells was increased (P <0.05). Conclusion EGFR inhibitor cetuximab can increase the intracellular drug concentration of tongue cancer multidrug resistant cells.
