社会经济的快速发展和航空技术的广泛应用,为我国航空事业的发展提供了重要的契机和前提条件,航空事业的发展有效的提高了人民群众的生活水平,使人民群众的出行更加便捷快和高效化,并在一定程度上推动了我国国名经济的又好又快发展。言语是人与人沟通交流的桥梁和纽带,空中成为人员作为航空事业的主要服务人员,在为客户提供优质物质服务的同时,还要重视客舱服务言语的科学化应用,这样才能为客户提供作为满意的服务。基于此,本文从空中成为人员客舱服务言语科学应用的作用为主要出发点,论述了空中乘务人员客舱服务言语应用的现状,对空中乘务人员客舱服务言语失误问题进行分析,并提出优化言语失误的解决对策,旨在不断提高空中乘务人员客舱服务的质量。
