本文提出了一种提高微波测湿传感器灵敏度的新机理——微扰增强机理。设计出高灵敏度的带消失模谐振腔的单面开口式矩形双频腔,并给出该腔的理论分析。实验结果表明:在20℃一张厚8(μm)、湿度8%的电容器纸能够使测量模产生3MHz左右的频移。
In this paper, a new mechanism to improve the sensitivity of microwave humidity sensor is proposed, that is, the perturbation enhancement mechanism. A single-sided, open-ended rectangular dual-frequency cavity with high-sensitivity lost-cavity resonator is designed and the theoretical analysis of the cavity is given. The experimental results show that at 20 ℃, a 8 μm thick capacitor paper with a thickness of 8 μm can produce a frequency shift of about 3 MHz.
