引黄入长济许调蓄工程是许昌市重点水利工程项目,重点解决工程沿线农业灌溉、回补地下水和清潩河上游地表水短缺问题。由于输水距离长,地形起伏大,沿线交叉工程多,调节调度过程复杂,因此,若要保证工程建成后能够平稳运行,必须制定切实可行的试验方案。文章介绍了工程的概况和通水前的各项准备工作,分析了试运行过程中问题和对策,并对在试运行过程中突发情况的处理进行了介绍。 Diversion into the Yellow River The reservoir regulation project of Xuji City is a key water conservancy project in Xuchang City. It focuses on solving the problems of agricultural irrigation along the project line, covering groundwater and shortage of surface water in the upper reaches of the Qinghai River. Due to the long distance of water conveyance, large topography and undulation, many cross-engineering projects along the line, and complicated adjustment and regulation processes, it is necessary to formulate practical test schemes to ensure smooth operation after the project is completed. This paper introduces the general situation of the project and all preparations before the water is passed in. The problems and countermeasures in the process of trial operation are analyzed. The handling of the emergency in the process of trial operation is introduced.
