以2,2’-(邻氨基苯胺基)丙烷和水杨醛为原料,经缩合、成环作用,依次得到双席夫碱化合物L1、含一个苯并咪唑基的席夫碱L2和含双苯并咪唑基的化合物L3。采用1H NMR光谱和X-射线单晶衍射技术对化合物L1~L3的组成与结构进行了表征,推测了形成苯并咪唑衍生物的反应机理。结果表明,苯并咪唑衍生物的形成是热力学控制的。文中还对系列化合物L1~L3的UV-Vis和荧光光谱进行了考察。
Using 2,2 ’- (o-aminoanilino) propane and salicylaldehyde as raw materials, the double Schiff base compound L1, the Schiff base L2 containing one benzimidazolyl group and the bis Benzimidazolyl compound L3. The composition and structure of compounds L1 ~ L3 were characterized by1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The reaction mechanism of forming benzimidazole derivatives was presumed. The results show that the formation of benzimidazole derivatives is thermodynamically controlled. The UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra of the series of compounds L1 ~ L3 were also investigated.
