班级突发事件一旦发生,轻则干扰正常的课堂教学秩序,重则引发师生、家校之间产生矛盾。班级突发事件多数时候源于负面情绪的淤积,因此最好的解决策略是"治于未病",即在源头上预防突发事件的发生。班主任首先要对突发事件的成因有清晰的认识,然后通过"自然后果法"、正面引导、心理疏导等策略进行科学预防。
