基于叠栅条纹光电信号的全微分测速方法

为了提高光电编码器速度检测精度,设计了一种基于叠栅条纹光电信号的编码器测速方法。结合全微分方程,建立叠栅条纹光电信号测速模型。分析了影响编码器测速精度的主要因素,并对比不同误差对测速精度的影响。结合测速模型设计改进算法,并完成系统实现。实验结果表明:对某21位光电编码器进行测速实验,将测速误差均方根由0.0367 rad/s降低到0.0216 rad/s。此方法测量速度快,测速精度高,适合实时性要求较高的控制场合。 In order to improve the speed detection accuracy of photoelectric encoder, an encoder speed measurement method based on moire photoelectric signal is designed. Combined with the differential equation, the moire photoelectric signal velocimetry model is established. The main factors affecting the encoder speed accuracy are analyzed and the influence of different errors on the speed accuracy is analyzed. Combined with speed model design and improve the algorithm, and complete the system. The experimental results show that the rms test of a 21-bit photoelectric encoder reduces the root mean square of velocity error from 0.0367 rad / s to 0.0216 rad / s. This method of measurement speed, high speed precision, suitable for real-time requirements of the control occasions.
