钛合金材料由于难加工性限制其在各种工业领域的应用。为了改善钛合金材料Ti6Al4V在超精密切削过程中的加工性能,采用电脉冲处理的方法对钛合金材料进行了处理。电脉冲处理改变了钛合金的微结构和力学性能,经其处理后的钛合金材料弹性模量、硬度及塑性等均有一定程度的降低。对电脉冲处理后的钛合金材料进行超精密切削实验,结果表明电脉冲处理能够降低钛合金超精密切削过程中的切削力,同时还可以提高钛合金材料在超精密切削后的表面质量。研究结果证明了电脉冲处理可以作为一种有效改善钛合金加工性能的处理方法。
Titanium alloy material limits its application in various industrial fields due to its difficult workability. In order to improve the processing performance of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V during ultra-precision cutting, the titanium alloy material was treated by electric pulse processing. The electrical pulse treatment changed the microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium alloy. The elastic modulus, hardness and ductility of titanium alloy treated by this method all decreased to a certain extent. The ultra-precision cutting experiments on the electric pulse treated titanium alloy show that the electric pulse treatment can reduce the cutting force during ultra-precision cutting of titanium alloy and improve the surface quality of titanium alloy after ultra-precision cutting. The results show that the electrical pulse treatment can be used as an effective way to improve the processing performance of titanium alloys.
