文章以上海市200家大中型工业企业1998-2003年的抽样数据作为研究对象,主要采用一般泊松回归分析和面板泊松回归分析方法,构建了不同的企业专利产出实证模型。与以往文献不同的是,在分析研发经费投入的同时,文章强调从事研发活动人员比例(用来反映人力资本)对企业专利授权的边际贡献。研究发现,企业R&D投入对专利产出具有显著的正面影响,企业研发人员比例对专利产出同样具有显著的作用,其弹性高达2.573%。因此,文章认为研发人员对企业创新能力的提高有着重要的作用,应重视人力资本的投入。
Taking the sample data of 200 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanghai from 1998 to 2003 as the research object, this paper constructs different empirical models of patent output mainly using general Poisson regression analysis and panel Poisson regression analysis. Different from the previous literature, while analyzing the R & D expenditures, the article emphasizes the marginal contribution of the proportion of R & D personnel (used to reflect human capital) to the enterprises’ patent authorization. The study found that the R & D investment of enterprises has a significant positive impact on the output of patents, and the proportion of R & D personnel also has a significant effect on the output of patents, with a flexibility of up to 2.573%. Therefore, the article holds that R & D personnel play an important role in improving the innovation ability of enterprises and should pay attention to the input of human capital.
