[目的 ] 了解竹溪县燃煤污染型地氟病区改灶降氟 10年后环境氟含量及人体总摄氟量与氟斑牙发病率。 [方法 ] 现场调查和测定。 [结果 ] 改灶降氟后室内空气氟含量下降为 0 0 196mg/m3 ,氟斑牙率降至 5 7%。人体总摄氟量为 3 2 8mg/day。[结论 ] 氟斑牙发病率与人体总摄氟量较十年前虽有降低 ,但氟污染源仍未消除。未达到基本控制标准。
[Objective] To understand the environmental fluorine content and fluoride content of human body and the incidence of dental fluorosis after 10 years of fluoridation in a coal-burning contaminated endemic fluorosis area in Zhuxi County. [Method] Field investigation and determination. [Result] The fluorine content in indoor air dropped to 0 0 196 mg / m3 after fluorine reduction and the dental fluorosis rate dropped to 57%. The total body fluoride intake of 3 2 8mg / day. [Conclusion] The incidence of dental fluorosis and total fluoride intake in the human body are lower than those ten years ago, but the fluorine source has not yet been eliminated. Did not meet the basic control standards.
