中国大学生在英语学习中需要教师的关怀与期待,教师应对他们有积极期待,对班级有集体期待,同时又要因人而异地对学生提出要求,让学生愿意为课程付出努力,取得进步。本文认为,教师期待在大学英语教学中有至关重要的作用。本文主要通过对大学英语教学特点和大学生的情感特点两方面分析如何更好地实现教师期待效应,希望引起大学英语教师对教师期待效应的更多重视。
Chinese college students need the care and expectation of teachers in English learning. Teachers should expect them to have positive expectations and have collective expectation of classes. At the same time, they should make demands on students from different perspectives so that students are willing to make efforts for the curriculum and make progress. This paper argues that teachers expect to play a crucial role in college English teaching. This paper mainly analyzes how to better realize the teacher expectation effect through the characteristics of college English teaching and the emotion characteristics of college students, hoping to give more attention to the expected effect of college English teachers.
