煤矿巷道因受矿压发生变形,需及时修复,而在煤矿巷道修复作业中,破碎岩石和突出物料是完成修复作业的必要步骤。针对现场实际情况并结合已有作业方式及设备的优缺点,设计开发了多自由度破碎锤工具单元,可安装在煤矿工程机械主机上完成破碎任务。通过现场工业性试验表明,作业能力范围以及作业的效率得到提高。
Due to the deformation of mine roadway, the mine roadway needs to be repaired in time. In the mine roadway rehabilitation work, the broken rock and the protruding material are the necessary steps to complete the repair work. According to the actual situation in the field and combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing operation methods and equipment, a multi-degree-of-freedom hammer unit is designed and developed, which can be installed on the mainframe of coal mine construction machinery to complete the crushing task. Through on-site industrial tests show that the scope of operations and operating efficiency is improved.
