为探讨内皮素和心钠素在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的作用，采用放射免疫分析法分别测定了糖尿病及正常对照组血浆内皮素和心钠素含量，同时测定了空腹血糖值。结果表明：糖尿病性视网膜病变组病人血浆内皮素和心钠素显著升高，且二者之间呈显著正相关。糖尿病两组空腹血糖值均显著高于正常对照组，但无组间差异。说明内皮素和心钠素共同参与了糖尿病性视网膜病变的病理过程。提示：血浆内皮素和心钠素含量的升高在一定程度上反映了视网膜病变的严重程度，而空腹血糖水平可能是糖尿病的早期影响因素。
To explore the role of endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in diabetic retinopathy, the levels of plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide were measured by radioimmunoassay in diabetic patients and normal controls respectively. The results showed that the plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide were significantly increased in patients with diabetic retinopathy, and there was a significant positive correlation between them. Fasting blood glucose in both groups were significantly higher than the normal control group, but no difference between groups. Endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide are involved in the pathological process of diabetic retinopathy. Tip: Plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide levels increased to some extent reflect the severity of retinopathy, and fasting blood glucose levels may be an early influencing factor of diabetes.
