本文介绍了以拐点角位置的推进器为基准,把液压缸行程平均分配在拐点角位置两侧的设计方法;建立了以拐点角和支臂转角为变量的平行误差函数;提出了两种修正设计法,实现了对误差的控制设计。采用修正设计法设计的机构,省去了打周边孔时对仰俯角机构的操作,又可扩大布置掏槽孔的纵向范围,乃至在全断面上钻出具有足够精度的平行炮孔。
