目的:研究无花果多糖(FCPS)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将FCPS以50、100、200、400mg/kg剂量灌胃给药10天,观察血清溶血素抗体水平及二硝基氟苯(DNFB)所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应的变化,采用体外给药的方法观察FCPS对腹腔MΦ吞噬功能的影响。结果:FCPS灌胃给药,能明显提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平;增强迟发型超敏反应的强度;体外实验在一定剂量范围能显著增强小鼠腹腔MΦ的吞噬活性。结论:FCPS为一较好的免疫增强剂,有待进一步研究开发。
Objective: To study the effect of fig polysaccharide (FCPS) on immune function in normal mice. METHODS: FCPS was intragastrically administered at doses of 50, 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg for 10 days. The levels of serum hemolysin antibodies and changes in delayed-type hypersensitivity induced by dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) in mice were observed. Methods of in vitro administration were used to observe the effect of FCPS on peritoneal MΦ phagocytosis. RESULTS: FCPS administration by oral administration could significantly increase the level of serum hemolysin antibody in mice and increase the intensity of delayed type hypersensitivity. In vitro experiments can significantly increase the phagocytic activity of MΦ in the abdominal cavity of mice. Conclusion: FCPS is a good immune enhancer and needs further research and development.
