以工商企业管理专业为例,在对毕业生就业岗位调查分析的基础上,基于企业需求角度,通过梳理企业招聘信息等形式明确高职工商企业管理专业学生职业能力评价指标,运用层次分析法、五级评分法得出各指标的权重,构建了高职工商企业管理专业学生职业能力评价体系。
Taking the business management major as an example, based on the investigation and analysis of the employment positions of graduates, the evaluation index of occupational ability of students majoring in business administration of higher vocational colleges is clarified through combing the recruitment information of the enterprises. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, The five-point scoring method draws the weight of each index, and builds up the occupational ability evaluation system of the higher vocational students majoring in business administration.
