对东营地区地下苦咸水的水质分析表明 ,苦咸水中的Cl-含量高达 10 80 2~ 385 6 3mg/L ,具有高氯、高矿化度的特点。采用电化学稳态极化法和腐蚀失重法评价了苦咸水对碳钢的腐蚀作用。结果表明 ,未加缓蚀剂时苦咸水严重腐蚀碳钢 ,腐蚀速率为 0 .42 5 5mm/a。针对苦咸水的水质特征合成了有机膦缓蚀剂 ,当缓蚀剂浓度为 12mg/L时 ,能很好地抑制腐蚀 ,使碳钢的腐蚀速率降为 0 .0 2 2 8mm/a,缓蚀效率达 95 % ,达到国家耐蚀级标准
The water quality analysis of bitter and brackish water in Dongying area shows that the content of Cl- in brackish water is up to 10 80 2 ~ 38 5 6 3 mg / L, which has the characteristics of high chlorine and high salinity. Electrochemical steady-state polarization method and corrosion weight loss method were used to evaluate the corrosion of brackish water on carbon steel. The results show that the brackish water seriously corrodes the carbon steel without corrosion inhibitor and the corrosion rate is 0.42 5 5mm / a. The organic phosphine corrosion inhibitor was synthesized according to the water quality of brackish water. When the corrosion inhibitor concentration was 12 mg / L, the corrosion could be well inhibited and the corrosion rate of carbon steel reduced to 0.022 8 mm / a.
