随着城市建设步伐的加快,地铁工程施工对邻近管线的影响问题日趋突出.本文以北京地铁某车站工程为背景,借助大型有限元程序ABAQUS建立了三维隧道-管道-土体耦合模型,详细模拟了车站施工过程对邻近管线的影响.计算结果与现场量测数据基本吻合,验证了数值分析的可靠性.通过管道应力、局部倾斜、附加最大弯矩和地表沉降槽限值的验算,对管线的安全性进行了评估.
With the acceleration of urban construction, the impact of subway construction on adjacent pipelines has become increasingly prominent.In this paper, a three-dimensional tunnel-pipe-soil-body coupling model is established with the help of a large-scale finite element program ABAQUS with a station project of Beijing Metro and detailed simulation The influence of the station construction process on the adjacent pipelines is analyzed.The calculated results are in good agreement with the field measurement data to verify the reliability of the numerical analysis.According to the calculation of the pipe stress, the local inclination, the additional maximum bending moment and the limit value of the surface sedimentation tank, The safety was evaluated.
