针对市场化改革初期阶段电力企业努力运用价格杠杆开拓市场的问题,提出了在电能供应者与电能需求者之间,围绕价格波动会形成不完全信息动态博弈行为的思想,进而将贝叶斯拍卖定价模型应用于配电市场定价分析中。采用线性战略组合,解出了该贝叶斯博弈的均衡解,并且定义了配电商的成本和电能消费者的收益。在此基础上,用辽宁省电力公司的实际营销数据进行了检验,计算出配电商和电能消费者的均衡交易价格。检验结果表明,所推荐的方法不仅为当前的市场营销提供了一种有效的定价方法,重要的是对于开放的配电市场定价分析提供了新的思路。
In view of the problem that electric power enterprises try hard to use price lever to open up the market in the early stage of marketization reform, this paper put forward the idea of forming dynamic game of imperfect information around the price fluctuation between electric power suppliers and electric energy consumers, and then put the Bayes auction Pricing Model Applied in Distribution Market Pricing Analysis. The linear strategy is used to solve the equilibrium solution of the Bayesian game and define the cost of distributors and the consumers of electric energy. On this basis, the actual marketing data of Liaoning Provincial Power Company were tested to calculate the equilibrium transaction price between power distributor and power consumer. The test results show that the proposed method not only provides an effective pricing method for current marketing, but also provides a new idea for pricing analysis of open distribution market.
