观察了川芎嗪对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤时血清中和心肌组织中氧自由基和脂质过氧化物的影响。结果显示川芎嗪保护组和非保护组比较,血清中MDA(丙二醛)明显降低(P<0.05),GSH-PX/LPO(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶/脂质过氧化物)升高非常显著(P<0.01);缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织中MDA明显降低,且伴随SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活力和GSH-PX/LPO明显升高(均P<0.05)。表明川芎嗪能通过提高对氧自由基的清除和抗脂质过氧化反应而保护缺血再灌注损伤的心肌。
