嗅神经母细胞瘤又称嗅神经上皮癌,是一种罕见的神经源性肿瘤,国内仅见10例。笔者发现本病颅内侵犯1例,报告如下。患者,女,60岁。因左侧鼻塞伴嗅觉减退2月余于1989年11月6日入院。患者自同年9月开始有左侧鼻塞,伴有嗅觉渐进性减退,偶有流少量脓涕或清涕,有反复多次少量鼻衄。体俭:一般状况好,全身无明显阳性体征。眼球不突出,无复视。左总鼻道内有一红褐色肿物,根在鼻腔顶部,表面光滑, Olfactory neuroblastoma, also known as olfactory neuroepithelial carcinoma, is a rare neurogenic tumor, and only 10 cases in China. The author found a case of intracranial infringement of the disease, the report is as follows. Patient, female, 60 years old. Due to the left nasal congestion with hyposmia more than 2 months on November 6, 1989 admitted to hospital. From September of the same year, the patient had a left nasal obstruction, accompanied by gradual decline of the sense of smell, occasional flow of a small amount of pustules or phlegm, and there were repeated minor nasal discharges. Physical health: The general condition is good and there are no obvious positive signs in the body. Eyes are not prominent, no double vision. There is a reddish brown mass in the left total nasal passage, roots at the top of the nasal cavity, and the surface is smooth.
