一九七八年四月十一日至十九日,在河北省承德市联合召开了全国压力仪表行业质量检查评比预备会议、压力仪表专业情报网预备会议和压力仪表新材料技术工作座谈会。这三个会议的内容是分别根据(77)一机技字1057号文、全国工业自动化仪表科技情报网1978～1980年活动计划和(77)一机生字1152文的精神安排的。会议是在一机部仪表局、承德市委工办及承德市机械局的领导下,由西安工业自动化仪表研究所、西安压力仪表测试中心站及承德市仪表厂组织召开的。来自全国28个单位的61名代表出席了会议。
From April 11 to April 19, 1978, a preparatory meeting for the quality inspection and appraisal of the national pressure gauge industry, a preliminary meeting of the pressure gauge professional information network, and a seminar on the technical work of new materials for pressure gauges were held in Chengde City, Hebei Province. The contents of the three conferences were arranged in accordance with (77) Text 1057 of a computer technology, the activity plan of the National Industrial Automation Instrumentation Science and Technology Information Network from 1978 to 1980, and (1) The conference was held under the leadership of Bureau of Instrument Bureau of Bureau of Machinery Industry, Office of Work of Chengde Municipal Government and Machinery Bureau of Chengde City. The meeting was organized by Xi’an Industrial Automation Instrumentation Institute, Xi’an Pressure Instrument Testing Center Station and Chengde Instrument Factory. Sixty-one representatives from 28 units attended the conference.
