目的 探讨不同宫颈组织中 nm2 3- H1表达 ,旨在了解 nm2 3- H1在宫颈癌发生发展及预后的作用。方法 采用免疫组化法 HIGH- SABC法检测宫颈鳞状上皮癌 (SCC) 5 0例、低度不典型增生 (CIN 、CIN )及重度不典型增生(CIN )各 15例、正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织 10例中 nm2 3- H1的表达。结果 正常宫颈组织和低度不典型增生中 nm2 3- H1阳性表达率均明显高于 SCC(P<0 .0 5 ) ,CIN 中 nm2 3- H1阳性率明显减少 ,与 SCC相比 ,两者间无统计学差异。 SCC中 nm 2 3- H1的表达与癌细胞分化程度呈负相关 ,与其他参数和预后不相关。结论 nm2 3- H1的低表达在宫颈鳞癌序列发生发展中可能起一定作用 ,但不能作为宫颈鳞癌预后评价指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of nm2 3 - H1 in different cervical tissues to understand the role of nm2 3 - H1 in cervical carcinogenesis and prognosis. Methods Fifty cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), 15 cases of low-grade dysplasia (CIN) and 15 cases of severe dysplasia (CIN), 15 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium The expression of nm2 3-H1 in 10 cases. Results The positive rate of nm23-6 in normal cervical tissue and low-grade atypical hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in SCC (P <0.05), and the positive rate of nm23H in CIN was significantly lower than that of SCC No statistical difference between. The expression of nm 2 3- H1 in SCC was negatively correlated with the degree of cancer cell differentiation, but not with other parameters and prognosis. Conclusion The low expression of nm2 3-H1 may play a role in the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, but it can not be used as a prognostic indicator of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
