曾为Lou Reed、The Rolling Stone、David Byrne、Aerosmith和Pat Metheny设计过专辑封套的奥地利图形设计师Stefan Sagmeister,最近应Levi’s之邀为品牌设计海报。这个项目名为“最强线”(The Strongest Thread),Stefan Sagmeister把一条Levi’s经典501牛仔裤完全解构成最基础的零件:一团灰色的毛线和一团蓝色的毛线,外家纽扣、拉链和商标等等,再用这些零件重组成一条新的牛仔裤,一条和之前的牛仔裤完全异样的独一无二的创作,口袋内部写着这样一句话“这是一条用最强毛线缝制的Levi’s牛仔裤”。目前,这条牛仔裤和海报正在洛杉矶的American Rag店里展示。 Stefan Sagmeister, an Austrian graphic designer who designed album covers for Lou Reed, The Rolling Stone, David Byrne, Aerosmith and Pat Metheny, recently invited Levi’s to design posters for the brand. Called The Strongest Thread, Stefan Sagmeister completely unravels a Levi’s classic 501 jeans into the most basic parts: a bunch of gray wool and a bunch of blue wool, foreign buttons, Zipper and trademark and so on, and then re-use these parts into a new pair of jeans, a jeans and completely different from the original creation, pocket inside wrote the words “This is a Levi’s jeans with the strongest yarn sewn ”. Currently, the pair of jeans and posters are on display in Los Angeles’s American Rag store.
