目的:研究唾液腺超声对干燥综合征与Mikulicz病的图像分析。方法:选择干燥综合征患者30例、Mikulicz病患者10例,另选取同期住院患者30例进行对照,超声进行唾液腺扫描,观察两侧腺体体积、回声,测量收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)。结果:干燥综合征与Mikulicz病组的超声多呈弥漫性改变,图像呈现网眼状或蜂窝状改变,腮腺或颌下腺内可探及低回声结节且不均匀,以单侧为主,双侧少见,少数伴有双侧腮腺或颌下腺体缩小,与对照组相比,低回声区显著增多,且血流信号特异;三组间的EDV比较无显著差异(P>0.05);SS组与Mikulicz组的体积、PSV明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干燥综合征与Mikulicz病的图像表现出低回声区显著增多,且血流信号特异,体积、PSV明显高于其他患者。
OBJECTIVE: To study the salivary gland ultrasound image analysis of Sjogren’s syndrome and Mikulicz’s disease. Methods: Thirty patients with Sjogren’s syndrome and 10 patients with Mikulicz disease were selected. Thirty patients in the same period were enrolled in this study. Salivary gland was scanned by ultrasound. Volume and echoes of glands on both sides were observed. Peak systolic velocity (PSV) , End-diastolic blood flow velocity (EDV). Results: Sjogren ’s syndrome and Mikulicz’ s group were mostly diffuse ultrasound changes, the image showed mesh or honeycomb changes, parotid gland or submandibular gland exploration and hypoechoic nodules and uneven, unilateral, bilateral rare (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in EDV between the three groups (P> 0.05). Compared with the Mikulicz group, there was no significant difference in the EDV between the three groups Volume, PSV was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The images of Sjogren’s syndrome and Mikulicz disease show a significant increase in hypoechoic area with specific signal flow, PSV volume and PSV, which are significantly higher than those in other patients.
