提出了利用锥形试样,以离子束增强沉积(IBED)银实现银与试样表面接触,并通过慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)加载,确定Ti6Al4V合金固体银致脆裂纹萌生应力、萌生应变、萌生寿命和裂纹扩展临界应力强度因子的方法.将分形维数的概念应用于描述钛合金低熔点金属致脆断口微观特征,并由此出发分析致脆金属原子的输运机制,从而较好地修正了前人在估算致脆金属原子表面自扩散系数方法上的错误.
In this paper, we propose the use of tapered samples to make silver contact with the surface of silver by ion beam enhanced deposition (IBED), and determine the initiation stress and strain of brittle crack in solid Ti6Al4V alloy by slow strain rate tensile (SSRT) , Sprout life and crack growth critical stress intensity factor method. The concept of fractal dimension was applied to describe the microscopic characteristics of the brittle fracture surface of low melting point metal of titanium alloy.
