杂交稻制种亲本的生理差异的比较研究发现 ,过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性在不同湿度下受温度的影响不同。开颖过程中 ,浆片中可溶性糖增加量不等于其所含淀粉水解生成量 ,不育系浆片中可溶性糖的增加较多地依靠外部输送 ,恢复系则主要靠浆片中淀粉的水解。温汤促颖时 ,开颖颖花浆片的膨大、可溶糖及淀粉总含量均不及正常开颖时。浆片膨大不是开颖的唯一原因
A comparative study on the physiological differences of hybrid rice seedparents found that peroxidase and catalase activities were affected by temperature under different humidities.
