研究葡萄植株地上、地下部间的比例关系,对确定葡萄生物学特性及其对各种农业技术措施的反映程度有重要意义。试验设在土壤肥沃、有灌溉条件的结果葡萄园(品种是勒卡齐旦列),及土壤贫瘠、富有石砾的旱地葡萄园上。用除去原有叶片及根量的25、50及75%的办法来测定植株叶面与根系间的各种比例关系。被去除的根的数量用目力来判断,计数时注意到由主干四散长出的根量及根基部的粗度。
It is of great significance to study the biological characteristics of grapes and their degree of reflection on various agricultural technical measures to study the ratio of the above-ground and below-ground grape plants.
