目的:建立复方桑菊清热口服中绿原酸、蒙花苷、连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.2%醋酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,色谱柱为Agilent C18(250mm×4.6mm,5um),柱温:25℃,检测波长为220nm,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量20μL。结果:绿原酸、蒙花苷和连翘苷的回收率分别为97.82%、97.75%、96.63%;RSD为1.33%、2.67%和1.1%。结论:所用测定方法简单可行,可用于复方桑菊清热口服液质量的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of chlorogenic acid, lindane and forsythin in the compound hot-stemmed comfrey. Methods: The HPLC method was used to elute the gradient of acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid as the mobile phase. The chromatographic column was Agilent C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5um). The column temperature was 25°C, the detection wavelength was 220nm, and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, injection volume 20μL. Results: The recoveries of chlorogenic acid, quercetin and forsythin were 97.82%, 97.75% and 96.63%, respectively; RSDs were 1.33%, 2.67% and 1.1%. Conclusion: The method used is simple and feasible. It can be used for the quality control of compound Sangju Qingre oral liquid.
