目的研究宾州毛耳叶苔Jubula pennsylvanica Steph.全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法对宾州毛耳叶苔乙醇提取物的乙醚部位进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从宾州毛耳叶苔中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为核木子素E(1)、片叶苔素D(2)、地钱素C(3)、异地钱素C(4)和半月苔素(5)。结论化合物1~5为首次从毛耳叶苔属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Jubula pennsylvanica Steph. Methods The ethyl ether fraction of ethanolic extract of Penicillium mongolicus was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structure of compounds was identified based on spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results Five compounds were isolated from Pennisetum mongolianum, and were identified as nucleocapsid E (1), phyllotoxin D (2), melatonin C (3), isomurane C (4) (5). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from the genus Mauriensis for the first time.
