随着素质教育的普及,纪念馆作为一个新型教育机构已进入社会大教育之中,这对讲解员提出了更高的要求。本文论述了讲解员首先应充分应用语言技巧,根据观众的特性,掌握感性和理性表达在讲解中所占的比重,利用“情绪互感”组织吸引观众;针对不同观众进行不同的讲解,以此不断提升自己的讲解艺术。
