钻孔法被认为是测定装配构件中的残余应力的一个较成熟的和易于掌握半破损法。然而,一些因素能显著地影响该方法的精度。本研究所评价的这些因素是:钻孔的方法、孔的形状和大小,以及根据释放的应变之测量值计算主残余应力的公式。在本研究中,采用直径为0.062英寸的固定喷咀的气喷磨蚀剂钻孔技术可获得最佳的再现性和精确的结果。在用于计算残余应力的三种方法中,有一种方法证明较为精确,特别是在双轴向应力场中。
The drilling method is considered to be a more mature and easy to grasp semi-breakage method for the determination of the residual stress in a fitting. However, some factors can significantly affect the accuracy of the method. The factors evaluated in this study are: the method of drilling, the shape and size of the hole, and the formula for calculating the principal residual stress from the measured strain released. In this study, gas jet ablation drilling technology with a fixed nozzle diameter of 0.062 inches gave the best reproducibility and accurate results. One of the three methods used to calculate the residual stress proves to be more accurate, especially in biaxial stress fields.
