2006年2月16￣18日,中国核工业集团公司召开了2006年度工作会议。会上,集团公司总经理康日新作了题为《坚持科学发展,着力改革创新,全面开创“十一五”集团公司发展新局面》的工作报告。报告全面总结了集团公司2005年的工作,确定了集团公司“十一五”改革发展的总体思路、目标和措施,部署了2006年的重点工作。这次会议是核工业站在新的发展起点上、实施“十一五”规划开局之年召开的一次重要会议,将对集团公司和我国核工业未来一个时期的发展产生深远的影响。中核集团公司将牢固树立和落实科学发展观,努力实现中央领导提出的我国核工业又快又好又安全地发展的目标。本刊对工作报告主要精神进行解读,供大家参考。
