以3种单质肥料和3种复合肥料及5种规格保水剂为试材,研究不同浓度的肥料溶液对不同粒径的保水剂性能所产生的影响。结果表明:保水剂在肥料溶液中的吸水倍率随着肥料浓度的增加而减小;同一种保水剂,小颗粒的吸水倍率要比大颗粒的吸水倍率大,6种肥料中磷酸二氢钙对保水剂吸水倍率的影响最大。不同种类的保水剂具有不同的分子结构、离子种类以及亲水基团等,这就决定了不同种类的保水剂对水的吸收能力各有不同。
The effects of different concentrations of fertilizer solution on the properties of SAP with different particle sizes were studied by using three kinds of simple fertilizers and three kinds of compound fertilizers and five kinds of water retaining agents as test materials. The results showed that the water absorption capacity of water-retaining agent in fertilizer solution decreased with the increase of fertilizer concentration. The water-absorption capacity of small particles with the same water-retaining agent was larger than that of large particles. Among the six kinds of fertilizer, calcium dihydrogen phosphate Super absorbent polymer water absorption rate of the greatest impact. Different types of water-retaining agent have different molecular structure, ionic species and hydrophilic groups, which determines the different types of water-retaining agent on water absorption capacity varies.
