2007年晚冬—2008年早春,营造在辽宁东部山区的加拿大东部白松种源试验林发生不同程度的冻害,以乡土树种红松作对照开展东部白松抗冻优良种源选择研究。结果表明,在不同种源之间,树高、胸径和冻害指数差异均达到极显著水平,通过统计分析、综合评定和聚类分析,筛选出抗冻优良种源是来自北纬44°、西经79°的15号、16号种源和北纬44°、西经77°的4号种源,其树高遗传力为18%,遗传增益为4.9%,地径遗传力为21.8%,遗传增益为6.1%。这3个优良种源的抗冻指数遗传力可达47.6%,能够显著地提高抗冻程度,并可获得显著的增产效益。东部白松的生长量显著高于辽宁省的乡土树种红松。
In the late winter of 2007 and early 2008, different types of frost damage were found in the white pine provenance forests of Eastern Canada in the mountainous area of eastern Liaoning Province. The results showed that there were significant differences in tree height, diameter at breast height and frostbite index between different provenances. Through statistical analysis, comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis, the best antifreeze provenances were from north latitude 44 °, west longitude The provenances of 15th and 16th provenance at 79 ° and the provenance at 4 ° N and 77 ° N were 18% genetic heritability, 4.9% genetic gain and 21.8% 6.1%.
