Serum calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), peptide YY (PYY), cholecystokinin (CCK) and prostaglandin (PG) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 32 patients with cholelithiasis and 32 normal persons. 28 cases of cholelithiasis patients detected postoperative serum CCK levels in order to explore the relationship between the changes of endocrine hormones and cholelithiasis and clinical significance. Results Serum PYY and CCK were significantly higher in patients with myasthenic disease (P <0.05, P <0.01), but no significant changes in serum CGRP and PG (P> 0.05). The CCK level in 28 patients with cholelithiasis was significantly lower (P <0.05). Prompted changes in endocrine hormones and gallstone formation, serum levels of PYY and CCK increased the diagnosis of cholelithiasis has some reference value.
