目的:探讨中西医结合治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:本组56例高龄股骨转子间骨折采用人工股骨头置换结合中药治疗。结果:随访8～30个月,无感染,无假肢体脱位、松动、沉降及深静脉血栓等并发症。结论:采用中西医结合方法治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效满意,具有创伤小、手术时间短、出血少、早期下床活动、减少并发症等优点,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly. Methods: 56 cases of elderly intertrochanteric fractures using artificial femoral head replacement combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Results: All cases were followed up for 8-30 months without infection, no dislocation of prosthesis, looseness, settlement and deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion: The integrative treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly with satisfactory results, with less trauma, shorter operative time, less bleeding, early ambulation, reduce complications and other advantages, improve the quality of life of patients.
