为了维护低压电源系统及信息系统的可靠运行,需要对用于电涌防护的压敏电阻进行及时有效的状态检测。笔者对不同故障状态的压敏电阻的复合波响应进行了试验研究,结果表明,不同故障状态的压敏电阻由于伏安特性的差异将呈现不同的复合波响应特征,利用其响应特征可以判别压敏电阻是否存在故障及具体故障类型。
In order to maintain the reliable operation of low-voltage power systems and information systems, timely and effective status testing of varistors for surge protection is required. The author studies the complex wave responses of piezoresistors under different fault conditions.
