针对岸边集装箱起重机电动机选型设计时,人工计算存在易出错耗时长的问题,采用产生式规则理论方法,以起升机构电动机选型为例,对选型知识合理分类并进行知识表示,建立相应规则库,给出合理的知识推理模型.在此基础上,运用Power Builder 11.5软件平台设计出一个岸桥起重机电动机选型系统,通过实例验证了该方法的可用性.结果表明:采用产生式规则理论所选型号与人工计算一致,且该系统选型周期较短,避免了容易出现失误等不足.
For the design of shore container crane motor design, the manual calculation has the problem of easy time-consuming and error-prone.
